Cancellation:
No deposit is required for an order for an amount less than DKK 2,500. Cancellation later than 14 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the amount.
No deposit is required for an order for an amount between DKK 2,500 and DKK 5,000. Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the amount. Cancellation later than 1 week before arrival will incur a fee of 75% of the amount.

For an order amounting to more than DKK 5,000, a deposit of 50% is required. Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the amount. Cancellation later than 1 week before arrival will incur a fee of 75% of the amount.

Check-in: 14:00-18:00 (later check-in can be arranged in advance).
