Banquet room hire per day is DKK 8,500, incl. VAT and includes:

Arrival and departure
The banquet room is available the day before the start of the rental period from 14:00.
The banquet room is available until 12:00 the day after expiry of the hire period.
Hire cost
The total hire cost is DKK 8,500 incl. VAT.
A deposit of DKK 4,000 is payable upon signing and returning the agreement.
The balance is due immediately after the event for final settlement.
Paid hire costs will not be refunded in the event of any cancellation/no-show, unless we succeed in hiring out the premises to someone else.
Agreements
The banquet room, including furniture as shown, is provided cleaned and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the rental period. An inventory list is posted in the kitchen.
The party hiring the premises shall be liable for any failure to tidy up or clean, as well as any defects and damage, both inside and out.

We offer the following options for hire in connection with your event
· Hire of white tablecloths, DKK 75 each.
· Hire of white cloth napkins, DKK 20 each.
· Hire of modern loud speakers, DKK 400 per day.
· Hire of projector and screen, DKK 450 per ½ day.
· Tidying and cleaning can be purchased, DKK 1.800.
